certbot should exit non-zero if any deploy hook failed

I think cron should sort-of work with `--quiet`, but then the e-mail will say only `deploy-hook command "XXXX/renewal-hooks/deploy/fail.sh" returned error code 1`. Because cron sends mail both for error codes...
