Descriptive summary

During ACE Verification Testing events, NAS on red truck was not working. There is an issue with the IP address of the NAS being unreachable.

Carma version where this issue was discovered

Wanderer release candidate.

Expected behavior

NAS should be reachable and used by CARMAPlatform to store the logs.

Actual behavior

CARMAPlatform is storing the logs locally and not able to ping the NAS.

Steps to reproduce the actual behavior

1. Start CARMAPlatform on the red truck
2. Test if NAS is reachable
3. Run carma and ensure the logs are being stored on the NAS.
