Resurfacing this as we are getting 503 due to the [service distruption](https://ocistatus.oraclecloud.com/#/). We are again seeing things deleted from state when running plan while the provider is unavailable

Any news on that?

@daipom In this case I had `follow_inodes true` Do you want me to open a new issue just for tracking?
