Getting example lafida running, $HOME$/Downloads/IndoorDynamic

Hey, maybe you can change the "$HOME$/Downloads/IndoorDynamic" into "$HOME/Downloads/IndoorDynamic". That will allow copy and paste to get the example running, following the steps.
