Refactored `aws` tls profile to use config directory. Still need to refactore other aws profiles as well as azure profiles.

Updated the `zbctl-deploy-job.yaml` to use a custom image called `upgradingdave/zbctl`, see 8fada04a4378ba2ba32ad7701f4c21aee120f5d4. It works, but it's not ideal. There are a few tasks to do before closing this issue: 1....
