PrusaControl for Mac disappears after splash screen

When I start PrusaControl, the splash screen shows then disappears, but the app never arrives. `ps aux | grep -i prusa` reports no running processes. No log files in ~/Library...

Provide a Docker image

Would you accept a Dockerfile that allows you to push an image to the Docker Hub? With this, installation could be reduced to something like: docker run -e EULA=true -p25565:25565...
