In the directory Rellis-3D/00000/pylon_camera_node_label_id, there are files frame001493-1581624802_049.jpg and frame001493-1581624802_049.png.

The JPG file is actually a PNG file, but poorly-designed libraries for parsing images see ".jpg", try to parse as JPG, and have a bad time.
