I don't see a way to specify a regex for what parts of a file to *include*. It also doesn't help that `look-around, including look-ahead and look-behind, is not supported`....

Adds the prettier config from https://github.com/11ty/eleventy.
[11ty itself is now requiring a minimum of Node 18](https://github.com/11ty/eleventy/blob/main/package.json#L15), and upgrading here as well unlocks the native `fetch` Web API (https://nodejs.org/en/blog/announcements/v18-release-announce#fetch-experimental) which means we can drop `node-fetch`.
Similar to #35, but more up to date with the repo. JSON Feed example is listed under the v1.1 spec but is using the deprecated `author` field instead of `authors`.
