It does here if you query yourself if you query someone else, the reason maybe because your own nick is not on the query nick list so theres nothing to...

I tested with that mIRC thing and also only works like KVIrc, so I dont think its a bug

No IRC clients do this so it must be by design even if flawed or whatever, so lets make it a feature request...
