swagger-ui from a folder instead of zip

I am not sure why we would want to keep the swagger-ui as a zip file while you can simply handle it as a folder under resource. binary (zip) requires...

travis build is fake :)

I can see that the build is running with skipTest=true. (seriously) and the snapshots are not deployed with build which can be easily done using this. https://gist.github.com/neothemachine/4060735
