Hi folks, This is my attempt to upgrade the `odbc-api` version to stable `4.1.0`. I have passed the test on my local Mac M2 laptop, but have not tested it...

The existing `odbc-api` version is still on `0.36` while the latest `odbc-api` has stabilized with version 4.1.0

Is there any particular reason why the `flows.js` file is created directly under the /app folder?

It's kind of bizarre for an addon not having all its content under its own directory, unless I missed some background knowledge behind this decision, otherwise I would suggest to...
