Error Message for incorrect profile pic size

On the secret DJ Panel: If the user uploads a show or DJ profile picture that's too large, there's no error message, it just doesn't submit. To do: (1) Give better image size guidelines (e.g. Please upload an image with a width of at least 512px but no more than 1000px) (2) If the user uploads an image that is too large, give them an error message (e.g. Error: the image you uploaded is too large)
