Make sure pausing and playing keeps listener at current stream point

Currently, pausing on the website literally pauses the stream, meaning that if the user were to resume X minutes later, they would be listening X minutes behind the actual point the stream is at. This could be changed so that resuming jumps to the "end" of the stream, which I think is more intuitive and preferable.
