when use command :./Setup.sh && ./GenerateProjectFiles.sh && make i mer the error: Failed to download 'http://cdn.unrealengine.com/dependencies/UnrealEngine-7235308-3ea1d61ea5264fd9a0aba5ac630f4e2a/034e7074fbe6077510c864a8b6b23e73a2aa0f29': The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. (WebException) how can i solve this problem

This is install ue4 question, and it is out of this repo. there are some solution:

1. The resource is removed and you should replace the source. you can refer Upcoming Disruption of Service Impacting Unreal Engine Users on GitHub
2. you are not accessing Unreal Engine source code on GitHub. please to connect with Access
