Hammer needs a way of handling handfixed/versioned dbs

It would be good to do something smart when you have taken a MyBlock_FINAL db, hand-fixed DRCs, rerun routing, etc., saved it as MyBlock_FINAL_v2, and want to redo the finishing steps.

Also keep track of runs, track QoR over these runs, and different hammer configs over these runs.
