This seems to be here since the beginning of Codiad-Terminal, but it also seems useless ?

This allow to have a project's root path not in the WORKSPACE directory and still start in it's directory. Supersede #30 .

Because `command my/nanofile.vi` shouldn't be replaced with `command my/catfile.cat` Just saw https://github.com/Fluidbyte/Codiad-Terminal/pull/27, but that's another approach (I'm not saying it's better).
