Right now, this validation is only happening on the create form. So if you create a channel, and then go back, you can create another channel with the same name....

Any reason we don't support files with apostrophes? It won't take the file when selecting it and the API returns a similar error.

Add Date Published to asset show pages

Right now you can' tell when a file was published on spee.ch/LBRY by looking at the claim page. This would be very useful information to have.
