Looks like (per #1678) this is fixed in 2.2.0. Try installing the latest release and it should be much happier.
This looks like the same bug as #1764, which as of that report hadn't been duplicated by the devs... there are instructions there on how to send them a file...
That's a bug the devs have been chasing for awhile: #1562 and some other bugs. Check that report for info on sending them a file, if you can.

The Ink/Stitch executable is missing, which usually means that Windows Defender has "helpfully" silently quarantined it. Last time this came up the devs were hoping the new version wouldn't trip...
I think there's a way to whitelist it in Windows Defender, but it's been a really long time since I've used a Windows machine (Linux weirdo all up in here)...
