You should rebase on latest `develop` - its not necessary to do the bindings thing anymore, we use a forge script to create the L2 genesis, there are instructions [here](https://www.notion.so/oplabs/EXTERNAL-How-to-run-a-Custom-Gas-Token-chain-d88c68306f934790be051f87213a0b1d)...
