Remove Kibana version from Security Solution test assertion data

The Kibana version is part of the asserted data in `x-pack/test/security_solution_endpoint/apps/endpoint/endpoint_list.ts`. This causes issues when we bump the version of Kibana. This test has been skipped for now.
