I would love the see the text color on counters changeable
This relates to #87 and also only fixes one instance of the above issue without adding tests. See #107 for a more complete fix to the same issue :)
I have also reproduced this problem, where table headings are on top of a nav dropdown. The navbar and dropdown are outside the table element.
