One solution is to compile from source the OpenPose project and copy the appropriate file from below for your specific python version. Windows: /OpenPose/Release/pyopenpose.cp36-win_amd64.pyd or Linux: /OpenPose/openpose/pyopenpose.cpython-36m-x86_64-linux-gnu.so
