[Feature Request] 希望能用快捷键开关跨tab控制

跨tab控制有时会和其他页面上的快捷键冲突，但有时又确实用得上，所以希望能用快捷键控制这个功能的开关。

希望可以通过快捷键，不必在页面上调出 popup 就直接执行某些（全局）命令，比如 block url 或开关扩展。 谢谢 :)
