Send build completion notification for pull requests merged after build start

I think a lot of users are waiting for this PR to be merged)

Is there a way to notify BitBucket about the build "In Progress" status manually?

Also a related it would be helpful to have an option, to notify bitbucket, that the build has started before checkout scm step. During high loads, if PR is "supposed"...
