Hello, Thanks for the awesome project, love using it in my notebook work :) We are currently trying to use blackcell magic with a project using: - black == 22.3.0...

`blackcellmagic` is incompatible with the latest black version because of the pin in `pyproject.toml`. Created this PR https://github.com/csurfer/blackcellmagic/pull/15 to relax the dependencies.
