Make the bot python 3.11 compatible #238

This seems to fix the issue of running the bot on python 3.11. Have not tested all plugins yet, but most of them seem to work. Issue: #238

Any goals to make the bot work on python 3.11?

Seeing issue #109 and the confusion that happened to multiple people, i added some explanation to the README.md on how to fix missing hyprland headers.
