While I agree there is overlap in some of these types, I'm not sure how much value there is in knowing this a `prerendered` page is from a `back_forward` navigation...

BTW, on a related note, I've opened #207 to remove `prerender` which is a half specced type (it's in some placed, but not in the enum) that is no longer...

Oh that’s interesting. And also confusing! I presumed it reset in such scenarios to show there were no bfcache blockers. So you should only look at this field if pageshow...
