[python-sdk 中类似的问题](https://github.com/FISCO-BCOS/python-sdk/issues/131)，不知道是否一样的原因。

目前通过重启 nodejs 进程可以解决。

@HelloAldis 问题再次出现，查看日志文件，txBlockLimit 的值时间越早越大，出现倒序的情况。

还没有发布到 npmjs.com 吗？
