Testing 16.3 (39815) Videos in [this story ](https://meganmesses.wordpress.com/2021/01/06/food-i-made-in-2020/) are rotated 90 degrees counter clockwise. They're both portrait videos that appeared right in the editing view.
There may be some overlap with https://github.com/tumblr/kanvas-ios/issues/38 but I want a new issue to track iPad specific things.
Extend the height of the background behind the text overlay to reach the bottom of the characters. 
Currently the thumbnail images have a transparency applied to them, they should be set to 100% with no transparency.
The toolbar icons can be difficult to see on some photos with lighter colors. Perhaps a gradient could be added behind to make them stand out more?  pbMoDN-1Hv-p2#comment-3573
