Basic iPad Support

There may be some overlap with https://github.com/tumblr/kanvas-ios/issues/38 but I want a new issue to track iPad specific things.

This is a first shot at locking to 9:16 on iPad with horizontal centering:

On iPhone, this would be pinned to the sides and is currently centered vertically:
