Hi guys. I read your thesis and the paper and liked it, but can't run the code.

I'm trying to run your code, but I stumble upon some different issues ranging from rebuilding caffe to not having properly install sklearn. Your code isn't breaking at first error encounter, so I have to search both log files to see what doesn't work :(

Do you have any Amazon AMI or docker image with everything working?
