Yep. That's it. I want to be able to build it with dotnet.exe instead of a specific MSBuild.

The SDK is linked on that page, below the VS paragraph. The tools are now part of VS22 itself. I think they are automatically installed if you select cloud development...

I haven't found anything in the usual places about a call today (which doesn't mean there isn't one). Only Whit's link. Nothing in the Yammer groups where it used to...

This should not be a Service Fabric issue. As far as I remember it's a mix of .NET6 and underlying OS that considers MD5 to be very unsafe and results...
