`node-fetch` used by `cross-fetch` overrides the User-Agent "node-fetch/1.0 (+https://github.com/bitinn/node-fetch)". To implement this issue => #222
It makes sense to drop cross-fetch dependency in version 2, dropping the support for node < 18 as well.
