https://github.com/gnina/gnina/blob/master/docker/compat/Dockerfile has the recipe to rebuild on CentOS-7 if needed. Otherwise you can just use the docker image from https://hub.docker.com/r/gnina/gnina.

try `pip install --upgrade colorlog easydev` in your conda env.

this yml file for python3.6 seems to work for me: https://github.com/truatpasteurdotfr/bioconvert/blob/main/bioconvert.yml I have not tried any other python versions from conda.

Hi, I published the devtools for CentOS-5 because I am using it. At that time, there was little/none feedback/interest from the community, and CentOS-6 was getting most of the traction....

Why not leaving the choice of zip/tar/... to the end user if multiple files are to be transfered? One can also debate which compression is "best", among zip/gzip/pigz/... :P

AFAIK, you can add anyone (with their email) to the report, so that they can also read it...
