If you're on Windows or macOS, there is already some built-in locale voice options. they're in the upper part of the voice list. 
There is not much we can do about the email provider. Yandex mail is pretty decent as a free email provider with support to domain customization.
We will add plugin support to TTS in the future, you can add your customized voice
