This seems to be resolved in iOS 16, both in my experience and noted here: https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch/issues/14462
It seems to be related to the Vulkan video driver. Switching to the gl video driver on android and iOS resolves the issue.
On iOS it broke somewhere between these two commits: https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/commit/175def777495d77ac3bc0f4ac9868e43f93a1dc5 (Included in 8/2 nightly RetroArch build and vulkan works) https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/commit/74a471d7a512676c297635c7760dce1e04006021 (included in 8/3 nightly RetroArch build and vulkan crashes)
Just checked the current nightly with this commit (https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/commit/bf2ec90f641b987f41d7c66c8a993f7c28e26f13) and it is working again. This can probably be closed.
I was having the same issue. I can't explain it but if my ZIP file contains the expansion discs (Counterstrike and The Aftermath), even if they are not installed, I...
I am seeing this issue with steam deck not using the dual shock controller profile. I get ~40fps on most games when using RetroArch in Steam Deck’s game mode. With...
Still hoping this is on the roadmap. CHD support would help make my file management easier as not all multidisk games seem to run well in ZIP files.
For my use case (may not be standard), that wouldn’t be an issue. My user provided files involving CDs are all installation/play discs, so there is no need to link...
The scripts work for me on the Steam Deck. @hizzlekizzle Any possibility that this can be done upstream so the user doesn't have to?
