Hi @Pastor, producer V3 already has support for [headers](https://github.com/confluentinc/kafka-rest/blob/be65e7914d546b2119cd9e0f3126f638ccffb7e0/kafka-rest/src/main/java/io/confluent/kafkarest/entities/v3/ProduceRequest.java#L61), please let us know whether this PR is still required? Thanks 👍
