Cannot get any themes to work

Examples: !includeurl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Drakemor/RedDress-PlantUML/master/style.puml !includeurl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/bschwarz/puml-themes/master/themes/cerulean/puml-theme-cerulean.puml These all just render a syntax error, typically anywhere there's a directive starting with "!". Cannot seem to even set variables.
