building rtorrent without ncurses

there are manu users use rtorrent as daemon, with ruTorrent or flood, is it possible to add option that do not link with ncurses?

daemon exit with error "Caught internal_error: 'Scheduler::wait_until(...) called on an already scheduled entry.'."

I'm using rtorrent v0.15.7, and I can't find similar bug report so I guess this bug still exists in v0.16.1 I found my rtorrent daemon stop working after some time...

currently there is only time since start but there is no estimated time of finish, is it possible to add one?

the `DATABASE_OPTS` doesn't support mutliple options

for example: ```yaml DATABASE_OPTS: '--exclude-table=table1_* --exclude-table=table12_* --exclude-table=table3_*' ``` this become one single argument in pg_dump command instead of 3 args.
