Let's close it. IMHO, that's a useless API since it doesn't fetch a single epoch but a single account.
So what is the expected behaviour? If the port is unavailable, log something then exit?

I added issues for creating the various GQL endpdoints for the project
There should be a migrate option when we introduce braking changes into the data. Though this is likely low priority since we haven't fully stabilized yet.

We should park work this PR as it doesn't contribute directly to MinaExplorer equivalence pre or post hard-fork. I agree this is valuable but IMHO it's not priority.
