Perhaps there is even an incompatibility between Ceph 19.2.1 and Rook's based image of 19.2.2. Another test is if Ceph 19.2.2 will work with Rook base image 19.2.2.
Note that we have explored running a Rook image on the same base image as the running ceph image, described in #13848, which may be the only full solution for...
