Context propagation not working in latest RocketMQ version

Context propagation doesn't work with `rocketmq-client:5.3.4` for batch messages. The `testRocketmqProduceAndBatchConsume` latest dep test was disabled for now in #15512. cc @steverao @Cirilla-zmh
