This seems a web server configuration issue. Please doubl echeck your web server configuration, especially rewrite rules.

Also, some users with old server distributions may still have the `mysql_tzinfo_to_sql` even if they use MariaDB.

First, try on up-to date version; and second, please provide more information on how to reproduce exactly.

Also, you have to make sure you have access to logs and GLPI setup, this is mandatory to get issues solved.
