can't stop location service when bring service from background

Hi, when I take a running service to background by press back button and press notification icon to bring service to foreground , I found can't stop location service even...

Debug信息里有以下信息： launchWXUsingPendingIntent pendingIntent send failed: *****: Targeting S+ (version 31 and above) requires that one of FLAG_IMMUTABLE or FLAG_MUTABLE be specified when creating a PendingIntent.

It's not work in huawei mobile.
