Ended up wrapping my "btmgmt info" call via script as suggested on https://stackoverflow.com/questions/66532619/redirecting-output-of-bluez-btmgmt-to-file-from-systemd-service to fake a tty and prevent it from hanging. `script -qc "btmgmt info"`
