This issue should be closed, this specification was deprecated, replaced by one called `hamming`.
Just tried to use OpenELB for a TuringPi 2 cluster and just ran into this same issue. Really need an ARM64 build.
It seems that a `.tar.bz2` will still only count as a compressed `application/x-bzip2` not an `application/x-tar` archive. The same issue will arise with `(.tar.gz || .tgz)` files. It's still possible,...
