I have tried to install the custom ui multiple times but it isnt work.
Arc browser has its address bar in the sidebar above the Pinned tabs. There is an alternative "arc-like" mod for Vivaldi that also has this feature ([here](https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/85447/vivaldi-vh-full-height-for-your-webpages)).
