I got 10 enabled indexers and 1 temporary disabled. According to the stats tab I average slightly over 100 searches each day for 8 of the indexers ("Indexer API Accesses")...

I can confirm this issue with embedded subtitles not working. Haven't tried external subtitles. I believe I tried Direct Play (it was some days ago) but it did not resolve...
