I also switched useLayoutEffect for juts useEffect (since SSR won't be able to use the useLayoutEffect hook effectively)
Can't you make the Business Loan a child of Guarantor, and then draw just the link between Primary Borrower and Business Loan as an extra link?

I use fontawesome in pretty much all the sites I work on too. :)
Predefined components is prettty slick. Makes it easy to block out a site nice and quick.
As long as GRVYDEV is your "client" it should be fine I guess? hahaha.
