Changing dashboard JSON does not update until after restart

There doesn't seem to be any hot-reload of the dashboards. Changing e.g. the width or height of a widget. I don't know if this limitation also applies to widgets. Coming...

Does Vudash support saving history between restarts? Dashing saves a `history.yml`, and has an option when scheduling jobs to not run the job at startup, eg: `SCHEDULER.every '1h', :first_in =>...
